This nursing tank is awesome. It is comfortable and it looks great, dare I say sexy?

I really love the Bravado tank. I had some doubts that it would be supportive enough, because I’ve never found a tank with a built-in bra that I didn’t need to wear another bra with. However, Bravado kindly makes these in all sizes, and as it is more than just a shelf in the front of the tank, it’s actually pretty supportive. No, it doesn’t uplift your assets like a WonderBra, but it does a heck of a lot more than most tank tops.
It’s nice to have this because I often would wear tank tops to the gym or dance class in the past, but since I started nursing, it was awkward – most nursing bras are huge and show up under tanks and besides, it makes it harder to nurse in a traditional tank.
Kudos to Bravado for making this tank in the large sizes required by many lactating women! For the record, I bought a 36 F/G and find it is supportive.
I do have one complaint. Yes, it’s stretchy, but I find it rides up and exposes my not-so-flat belly. I wish they had made it longer.

I’ve tried several nursing bras and this is the only one I like. It has great support for the larger chested nursing mom. Very comfortable, and I love the thicker straps- no digging in. I have three, and I wear one every day. They wash and wear extremely well… and keep that post baby tummy covered up perfectly.

Friends raved about this tank, but frankly, I found it uncomfortable. The shelf bra was too heavy–thick fabric and thick elastic–surprisingly hot to wear in hot weather. Also, I thought that the 36D/E would be plenty big, but it seems to hold everything in a little too tight, which is not comfortable on the nipples. Still, it’s a decent top, maybe just order a size larger than you’d think. The bra I have from the same company was great during pregnancy, but I’ve had the same discomfort with it while breastfeeding.

I bought this top because it is much cuter than most of the nursing tanks out there. I thought it would be worth the $40+. After receiving the tank I’m not particularly satisfied, but I am keeping the top. The inside of the built in nursing bra isn’t like that of a regular nursing bra. There is one strap that holds up the top while you’re nursing and it sits strangely on top of your nipple, so it isn’t very comfortable. Also, the material is pretty stiff and not very stretchy. It does appear to be very well made and will probably last a while if I can get past the uncomfortable strap and stiff fabric.
