This bra is pretty good at preventing bounce. I would not recommend it for someone who needs a lot of support because it does not compress enough and the shoulder straps are not adjustable. Otherwise it is very comfortable and I like it anyway.

The one I received was much, much bigger than other bras of the same size even though it was labeled as the correct size. It was HUGE. Can’t speak to whether it was supportive b/c the sizing was so far off.

This is a great sports bra. My search for a truly supportive sports bra has been very long and unsuccessful until now. I ordered this in 38DD and the fit is nearly perfect. This bra features utilitarian, practical design and is clearly good quality. The adjustable straps are fantastic. In the past I’ve found well-constructed, underwire sports bras with fixed straps that completely undermine the fit and otherwise solid engineering. Because I’m just 5′1″ the adjustable straps really make this a great fit and I feel secure–no soreness from bouncing, no added back pressure here!
If you’re looking for a cute bra to show off under your gym gear, this isn’t it. But I think it’s much cuter to look like a comfortable, in-control athlete anyway.
